Spokane’s big downtown cinema, with 20 screens including IMAX and Dolby Cinema for blockbusters and premium formats. Right in the heart of the River Park Square shopping and dining district.
Regal Northtown Mall

The Garland Theater
A 1945 single-screen gem in the charming Garland District, showing second-run and cult favorites at bargain prices, with beer and pizza next door. Old-Hollywood character you cannot get at the mall.
Magic Lantern Theatre
Spokane’s home for independent film, documentaries, and foreign cinema, the small downtown art house where you catch the movies the multiplexes skip. A treat for serious film fans.

BECU Live at Northern Quest
The resort’s outdoor amphitheater draws big national touring acts all summer, with an indoor Pend Oreille Pavilion for year-round shows. The nearest place to Reardan to see a headliner under the stars.
Spokane Live at Spokane Tribe Casino
The Spokane Tribe Casino hosts concerts and events just up the highway, another close-to-home option for a night of live music without the drive into the city.
Spokane Arena
The region’s big room, 12,000 seats for the biggest touring names in music, plus bull riding, family shows, and the Spokane Chiefs. If a major act is coming to town, it is usually here.

Spokane Velocity & Zephyr FC

Gonzaga Bulldogs Basketball

Spokane Civic Theatre
One of the oldest community theaters in the country, staging musicals, dramas, and comedies with hundreds of local volunteers. Heartfelt, affordable, home-grown productions all season.
Best of Broadway
Touring Broadway musicals and plays come through downtown each season on the region’s biggest stage. The closest you will get to the real thing without a trip to Seattle.
Bing Crosby Theater
Beyond music, “the Bing” regularly hosts comedians, speakers, film screenings, and variety shows in its elegant historic hall. Always worth checking the calendar.

Buy ahead for the big ones
Gonzaga games, arena headliners, and popular concerts sell out. Grab tickets early through each venue’s official site rather than at the door, and be cautious with third-party resellers.
Mind the season
Hockey and college hoops run fall through spring, baseball fills the summer, and the outdoor concerts and festivals cluster in the warm months. There is something in every season, just different things.
Check the age limits
Casinos and some club shows and bars are 21-and-over. If you are bringing kids, aim for the family fun centers, matinees, ballgames, and all-ages venues, and confirm each show’s policy first.
Have a plan to get home
It is a highway drive back to Reardan, so line up a designated driver or a rideshare before a night that involves the casinos, a concert, or a game. Cell service is reliable along Highway 2 and I-90.
