The Town of Reardan
Reardan is an incorporated town of the fourth class, governed by an elected mayor and a five-member town council. Town Hall is the front door for local business: utilities, permits, records, and questions.
Where local government happens
Town Hall handles water and sewer utility accounts, building and land-use permits, business questions, public records requests, and general assistance for residents. If you are not sure who to ask, start here. The mayor and council can be reached through the same office.

Lincoln County
Many everyday services, from property taxes to vehicle tabs to voting, run through the county, not the town. Reardan sits in Lincoln County, whose seat is Davenport, about 13 miles west on US-2.
The county seat is Davenport. Lincoln County was established in 1883 and serves roughly 11,600 residents across the wheat country of the Big Bend. It is governed by three elected commissioners, plus separately elected officials including the assessor, auditor, clerk, prosecutor, sheriff, and treasurer. Most county offices sit in the historic courthouse at 450 Logan Street, Davenport. When a task is not handled at Reardan Town Hall, the county is almost always the next stop.

Auditor & Elections
Voter registration, elections, vehicle and tab licensing, marriage licenses, and public recording all run through the County Auditor.
Assessor & Treasurer
The Assessor values property; the Treasurer collects property taxes. Contact them about assessments, tax statements, and payment.

Washington is a vote-by-mail state. Register or update your address online at VoteWA, request or track your ballot, and confirm it was counted. You can register online up to 8 days before an election, or in person through election day at the County Auditor. Ballots are mailed to every registered voter.

Renew vehicle tabs online through the Washington Department of Licensing, or by mail through the County Auditor’s licensing office. For a driver license or ID, use the state DOL. The nearest full licensing services are in Davenport and Spokane.
